ASTM A376 TP347H HF Welding Fin Tubes With Grade 11-13 Cr Fins For Furnaces
ASTM A376 This specification covers seamless austenitic steel pipe intended for high-temperature central-station service, commonly used in boilers, superheaters, heat exchangers, and other high-temperature applications. Among the grades covered are five H grades and two nitrogen grades (304N and 316N) that are specifically intended for high-temperature service.

Mechanical Properties
Grade | Tensile Strength,min | Yield Strength (0.2%Offset,min) |
TP347H | 75ksi (515 MPa) | 30ksi (205 MPa) |
Advantages
Resists thermal cycling (repeated heating/cooling)
High creep strength at 800–1000°C (1472–1832°F)
Nb (Niobium) stabilization prevents carbide precipitation
Better sulfidation resistance than 304H/321H
Resists coking & carburization in hydrocarbon environments
Superior oxidation resistance in steam environments
Reduces weld decay risk (due to Nb stabilization)
Longer lifespan than 310S in cyclic heating
Longer service life (reduces downtime)
Better weldability than 321H (less sensitization risk)
Cost-effective for 600–900°C (1112–1652°F) range
Definition
High frequency welding fin tubes are specialized tubes that are manufactured using a high frequency welding process. This technique involves using high-frequency electrical currents to heat the edges of the metal, allowing them to be fused together without the need for additional filler materials.
The general materials of base tubes and of fins about the HF welding finned tube are carbon steel, alloy, stainless steel, etc.
Advantages of HFW Finned Tubes
1.Enhanced Heat Transfer Efficiency
2.Superior Mechanical Strength & Durability
3.Cost-Effective Manufacturing
4.Design Flexibility & Customization
5.Reliable Performance in Harsh Conditions
